Gru (Steve Carell) finds love in the sequel to Despicable Me. Gru has settled into homelife. He and his minions are caring for a family, putting on clown acts and such duties. However Lucy (Kristin Wiig) has other plans. Lucy is a secret agent, and Gru joins her in finding an evil villain who has been terrorizing the world. Gru has an inkling who the villain might be, but is drawn off the trail and left to himself. His suspicions are confirmed, but things are worse than even he feared. A new gone has been devised which his converting his cute little minions into terrible monsters. Things look pretty glum.
I found this presentation enjoyable, and tells us we are all entitled to love.
