T.V. Review: **^Jeff Dunham: Spark of Insanity
This is Jeff Dunham with five of his puppet characters--Walter, Achmed the dead terrorist, Melvin the super hero, Peanut and Jose Jalapeno on a stick. However Dunham begins his show doing stand-up, and shows that he could have also done strait stand-up and been successful. I like the way that some themes from his stand-up act kept slipping into the ventriloquist act as well. For the most part Dunham keeps it clean, the language the content. There are a couple places where there is innuendo however. I loved the chihuahua story and agree an animal you can kick is not a dog. He brings his family into the story nicely. Another enjoyable part is Walter's complaint of the weather in certain places--Florida, Green Bay, Arizona and Southern California. It makes you wonder why people live where they do. Peanut's lack of boundaries, staring up Dunham's nose, is very funny. You forget he is a puppet. I like a good laugh, and this is worth a few.
