A very good movie a bout going through drug rehab. A lot can happen in 28 days. Gwen Cummings (Sandra Bullock) is ordered to rehab in lieu of jail. For one thing she grows apart from her boyfriend, Jasper (Dominic West) who is into drinking and drugging, and she starts to see other people. She meets Eddie Boone (Viggo Mortensen), a baseball player. She also reconciles with her older sister, Lily (Elizabeth Perkins). She ruined her wedding. She does go through some trauma as her roommate, Andrea (Azura Skye) dies of an O.D.
I think this movie does a good job of representing the rehab environment. And it shows the change that can happen.
