Pepe Aguilar has a very unique voce and his music almost sounds like country. He sings some great ballads. It has lots of story telling. "Directo al Corazón" deals with a woman who left him high and dry for a richer companion. "You left me for some coins, you didn't want to support my poverty." "Por Mujeres Como Tu" "For women like you there are men like me". He sings of giving too much and his heart being crushed as a result. He sings to sing a lot about relationships gone bad, "Recuerdame Bonito" talks of the letter he writes to his girl goodbye. "I'm leaving" "me voy".
I hav e enjoyed this C.D. immensely. He is a very good singer and plays music that can be in the background or the foreground.
