This movie is very enjoyable from the princess being sold? to another kingdom to marry the prince and keep the kingdom out of financial bankruptcy. However there is more going on. than meets the eye. Shortly after the wedding, Princess Elodie (Millie Bobby Brown) is thrown by Prince Henry (Nick Robinson) off a cliff as repayment to an ancient debt to a dragon. However Elodie refuses to give up too easily and she in fact escapes. However she finds that the family has taken her younger sister, Floria (Brooke Carter) as payment now and thrown her to the dragon. Elodie goes back to face the dragon again. However now she knows the family secret. Henry's mother, Queen Isabelle (Robin Wright) is complicit in this evil scheme. They have been fooling the dragon for many years by mixing the prince's blood with that of the new bride as a wedding ritual. The dragon has insisted on a maiden every year for many years.
I really like the characters portrayed by Millie Bobby Brown. They are always resilient and strong, but also gentle. I think she is a great actress.
This is a made for Netflix movie
